request a return or report an issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your
item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please use the
link in your order email or contact us with your order number and clear photos
or a video. If the issue is confirmed, we may arrange a replacement or a
refund. Please do not send anything back unless we ask you to.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be
unworn, unwashed, intact, and in their original condition.
