Terms & Conditions of Sale – LAOVILAND Imagine

Preamble

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “T&Cs”) govern all purchases made onwww.laoviland.com(the “Website”).
By placing an order on the Website, you accept these T&Cs in full.

1. Products

Our items are made after each order.Careful workmanship does not preclude minor variations in color, design placement, visual rendering, or material perception.

A tolerance of 0.5" may apply to design placement. These variations may result from the making, printing, visual presentation, or product staging process.

Some presentation visuals may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. They may include minor rendering variations, including light, folds, posture, viewing angle, graphic details, or material perception.

These variations do not, by themselves, constitute a defect or non-conformity when the received product matches the technical information on the product page.

The product page, its technical visuals, dedicated views, and written information remain the main reference for the product sold.

2. Prices

• Prices are displayed in USD (U.S. dollars).
• The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders

• Orders must be placed exclusively through the Website.
• A confirmation email is sent once the order is validated.
• The sales contract is concluded when the order is shipped (shipping confirmation).

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods:
• Shop Pay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires
• Wallets: Apple Pay, PayPal Wallet

• Local or deferred payment solutions: Klarna

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments / PayPal or the payment providers enabled on the store.

The availability of certain payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country, currency, order amount, and the specific terms of the relevant payment provider.

5. Delivery

• Our store currently ships only within the United States of America.
• Shipping fees within the United States of America are waived.
• Estimated delivery times:
o Economy (US only): 4 to 8 business days
o Standard: 2 to 5 business days (United States)
o Express: 2 to 3 business days (available only for certain eligible items and variants, notably with a front design; not available for Alaska and Hawaii)
• Risk is transferred to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
• Incorrect address / delivery impossible on 2 occasions → making and shipment of a new item at an additional cost, or a partial refund.

LAOVILAND Imagine offers customers a return option within 30 days of receiving the order.
To be accepted, the item must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, with its original elements where applicable.

7. Defective or damaged items

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide clear photos. A solution may be proposed, which may include a refund depending on the circumstances.
However, no refund is due for damage, defects, or wear resulting from misuse, improper care, an accident, washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

👉 Important information: each product page includes its care instructions. Following them helps preserve the item’s look, colors, texture, and durability. Damage caused by improper care is not covered by our return policy.

8. Warranties and limitations

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, items are provided as described on the Website and in accordance with these T&Cs.
LAOVILAND Imagine does not cover damage resulting from improper use, improper care, alteration, an accident, or normal wear and tear.
Certain warranties apply automatically under the law. We respect them; where a limitation is permitted by law, it applies.

9. Intellectual property

All Website content (designs, visuals, logos, texts, graphic charter, LAOVILAND Imagine brand) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, adaptation, extraction, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The LAOVILAND Imagine trademark is protected in France and internationally, notably through INPI and WIPO, including for an extension to the United States of America.
Any infringement of these rights (counterfeiting, imitation, parasitism, unfair competition) may result in legal action and takedown requests.

10. Liability

• No liability for indirect or foreseeable damages.
• Exclusion of liability in case of non-compliance with care instructions.
• Force majeure suspends contractual obligations.

11. Personal data

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable U.S. privacy laws, including in California the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and equivalent regulations adopted in certain U.S. states, such as: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey,  

Oregon, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia.

12. Disputes

In the event of an issue, the customer is invited to contact LAOVILAND Imagine to seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable agreement, these T&Cs are governed by French law and the competent courts are those of Paris, France.
